Probiotics are living products, so the manufacturing process decides whether your label claim survives the shelf. ZOOMSHEAL Health runs a dedicated probiotic line in our GMP-certified Guangzhou facility where we control strain identity, water activity, blending humidity and encapsulation conditions to protect viable cell counts from production to expiry.

We work with well-documented species including Lactobacillus acidophilus, L. rhamnosus, L. plantarum, L. casei, Bifidobacterium lactis, B. longum, Bacillus coagulans, Streptococcus thermophilus and Saccharomyces boulardii. Every incoming lot is verified for strain identity, purity and CFU potency, and each finished batch is re-tested for viable count at release and again at the end of shelf life.

Because a probiotic is only as good as its viable count at expiry, our quality programme focuses on identity, purity and potency. We test for total aerobic count, target CFU, moisture and water activity, plus pathogens including E. coli, Salmonella and Staphylococcus aureus on every batch.

Production runs in a GMP-certified facility in Guangzhou following FDA, NSF and cGMP standards, with HACCP-based process controls covering raw materials, blending, encapsulation and packaging. Certificates of analysis are issued for each lot so you can verify claims with your own customers.
